Complete solutions for a resilient digital foundation
Each area works on its own or as part of the full cycle: audit, design, implementation, documentation, training. Choose your entry point — we bring in the rest as needed.

When clients come to us
Situations where we are most useful
If any of this describes where you are, start with a consultation: it will show which area you need first.
-
Infrastructure grew ad hoc
Hardware and services were added as the need arose, there is no single diagram, and every change touches something unexpected.
-
There is no documentation
The system is maintained from the memory of a few individuals — changing contractor or losing an administrator brings work to a halt.
-
You are planning to scale
A new office, branch or service: you need to know whether the current architecture will hold and what to reinforce in advance.
-
The state of protection is unclear
Security controls are in place, but nobody has seen a complete picture of the risks, access rights and weak points.
-
Several contractors do not fit together
Network, hardware and application systems come from different suppliers, and nobody is accountable for the combined result.
-
The team cannot keep up with the system
The solution is in place but only partly used — training and support after launch are missing.
What you get
What you receive, whichever area you choose
Every area ends in a tangible result, not a report on hours spent.
- A diagram of the current infrastructure — what exists, how it is connected, where the bottlenecks are
- A technical solution with the reasoning behind it: why this way and which alternatives were considered
- A cost estimate and implementation plan with stages and checkpoints
- A working system, put into service and verified under load
- A documentation set — HLD, LLD, working and as-built documents, procedures and instructions
- Network interaction diagrams and access lists in a form fit for handover
- Trained administrators and users who work with the system on their own
- A single accountable party for the whole cycle — no coordinating between contractors
Questions and answers
What clients usually ask before starting
Where do we start if it is unclear which area we need?
With consulting. We look at the current state and set out what to do first — this stage does not oblige you to order anything else.
Can we order just one area?
Yes. Each area stands alone: you can take the audit only, the documentation only or the training only. The full cycle is an option, not a condition.
Do you work with existing infrastructure or only build from scratch?
Both. A large share of the work is modernising what already runs, without stopping business processes.
What if we maintain the system ourselves afterwards?
That is exactly what the documentation and training are for: the system stays manageable regardless of who runs it.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope: a survey takes weeks, building infrastructure takes months. Timelines are fixed in the implementation plan after the survey.
Does work have to stop during implementation?
Stages are planned so that critical services stay available; any downtime windows are agreed in advance.
