General provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Limited Liability Company \u201cSafeCore\u201d (hereinafter \u2014 the Company), established and operating under the laws of Ukraine, respects the right of every person to privacy and undertakes to duly protect the personal data of visitors to the website (hereinafter \u2014 the Site).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter \u2014 the Policy) sets out the Company\u2019s approach to the collection, use, storage and protection of information that may identify a natural person directly or indirectly (hereinafter \u2014 the User). The document also describes the rights of Users and the ways to exercise them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">2. What data we collect and for what purposes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While using the Site, the Company may receive personal data that the User provides voluntarily, in particular when filling in contact forms, registering or communicating with the Company. Such data may include, among other things: name, email address, position and company name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information collected is used for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>providing services and performing contractual obligations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handling Users\u2019 requests and enquiries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintaining business relationships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inviting Users to events organised by the Company;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>informing about the Company\u2019s activities, news, events, offers and marketing materials (provided the User has raised no objection).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is processed in accordance with this Policy and the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">3. Personal data retention periods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company stores personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, or for the periods established by the legislation of Ukraine. The data may be deleted or anonymised at the User\u2019s request, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">4. Cookies and similar technologies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure the correct operation of the Site and to improve the user experience, the Company uses cookies and other web analytics technologies. They make it possible to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>analyse how Users interact with the Site;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>store individual settings and simplify repeated use of the Site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information collected through cookies usually does not make it possible to identify a person. At the same time, where an account exists, such information may be linked to the User\u2019s personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User has the right to change the browser settings in order to restrict or block cookies. Please note that this may affect the availability of certain functions of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company also uses the Google Analytics service to collect anonymised statistical information about visits to the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">5. Activity logs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site may automatically create activity logs in order to analyse traffic, strengthen security and improve the stability of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activity logs may record technical information, in particular the IP address, browser type, date and time of access, the pages the User visits and other technical parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such information is processed in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and is used solely for lawful purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">6. Rights of Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User has the right at any time to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>obtain information about the processing of their personal data and access to it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request the clarification, updating or correction of inaccurate data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>initiate the deletion, anonymisation or restriction of the processing of personal data in the cases provided for by law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object to the processing of data for marketing purposes or on other grounds provided for by law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lodge a complaint with the authorised bodies in the event of a violation of their rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise these rights, the User may contact us at the email address: <a href=\"mailto:info@safecore.com.ua\">info@safecore.com.ua<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User\u2019s exercise of the right to withdraw consent, or to have personal data deleted, anonymised or its processing restricted, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out before that right was exercised, provided that such processing was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">7. Disclosure of information to third parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the User has given explicit consent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the data is transferred to partners or contractors that act on behalf of the Company and are bound by confidentiality requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliance with the requirements of the law or with lawful requests from state authorities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protection of the rights, property or safety of the Company, Users or other persons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provision of personal data to our partners for services related to the subject of the marketing campaign \/ webinar \/ event for which the participant or user has registered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">8. Personal data breaches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a personal data breach is detected \u2014 in particular unauthorised access to, loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of personal data \u2014 the Company will take, without delay, all the necessary organisational and technical measures to minimise the possible adverse consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, the Company notifies Users and\/or the authorised state bodies of such a breach within the established time limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">9. Protection of children\u2019s data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site is not intended for persons under 14 years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect children\u2019s personal data. If it becomes known that such data has been provided, the Company will take steps to delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">10. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Policy and the relations between the parties connected with the processing of personal data are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the Site means that the User agrees that the law of Ukraine applies to the processing of their personal data, irrespective of the User\u2019s country of residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where mandatory provisions of the legislation of another jurisdiction apply to the User, such provisions apply to the extent to which they are subject to mandatory application under international law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem\">11. Amendments to the Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company reserves the right to change or supplement this Policy at any time. The current version of the Policy is published on the Site.
